Leadership for Engineers: What the West has to say

Engineers as specialists and managers of the future do need leadership skills. They are asked to contribute to the social discourse in an explanatory as well as formative way and to present their arguments convincingly. As leaders, engineers need a broader horizon which could build an ethical coordinate system. This is in line with the educational goals of UNESCO.

Presenter

Dr. phil. Justinus Pieper MA, born 1974, completed studies in history, sociology and political science in Göttingen, Berlin and Vienna, Magister Artium at the University of Göttingen, doctorate at the University of Vienna on leadership strategies, enthusiastic about sustainable leadership and management strategies on an ethical foundation – provided with the seal of approval of history.
