Dr. Manjusha Shelke is a Principal Scientist at CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory, Pune. She is a materials’ chemist and her research activities are focused to develop indigenous solutions for energy storage. Her research group’s findings on high efficiency electrode materials for rechargeable batteries and flexible devices for ultracapcitors are prominent examples of blending translational science with societal needs. Her group has published >65 research articles, book chapters and obtained 5 patents. Manjusha has completed her PhD in chemistry from CSIR-Advanced Materials and Processes Research Institute, Bhopal, MP, India. She was sponsored by Embassy of France in India to work as postdoctoral researcher at Institut d’électronique de microélectronique et de nanotechnologie (IEMN), Lille, France in the year 2007-08. She had been awarded a visiting scholarship in chemical sciences for the year 2013 by Indo-US Science & Technology Forum (IUSSTF) and worked at Rice University, Houston, TX, USA. She has been selected as Kavli Fellow by National Academy of Sciences (NAS), USA in 2015 and as a Fellow of Maharashtra Academy of Sciences (MAS) in 2018. She has also been invited as visiting faculty by Automotive Research Association of India’s Academy (ARAI) since 2020. Recently, she is selected for SERB’s prestigious POWER fellowship award for 2021.
Sudakshina Laha is a technology and business leader in the field of IT & Telecommunications, having a rich experience of R&D and Services ,with the leadership responsibility of large units delivering multi-million dollar projects in Operators and OEM segment across the globe. She started her career as a Software Developer in Telecom R&D field and now leading major Business Functions in the ICT ( IT & Communications) world . Sudakshina completed her Bachelors of Engineering degree in 1995 from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and her Masters in Computer Technology field from I.I.T Delhi subsequently. She has worked in different multinational corporates, over 2 decades gaining very rich experience in the field. She has a collaborative and approachable personality and has a special liking for “fitness”. She always keeps enriching her knowledge through avid reading, exploring different cultures and food. She loves travelling and spends the remaining time in contributing towards social needs and women empowerment through her technical skill-set.
Manisha Saboo is an Associate Vice President and Delivery Head at Infosys, responsible for delivery of software testing projects (portfolio of ~300 MUSD) for Financial Services clients of Infosys across Europe, Asia and Oceania. She is passionate about enabling her clients reinvent software testing organizations that support and accelerate their digital transformation. She has successfully implemented distributed agile and has spearheaded dev-test-ops adoption by large organizations. Her focus on the industry vertical and geographies helps her create customized service offerings like ‘Assurance of operational resilience for banks’, ‘Open banking testing for finance industry in Australia and Europe’, ‘Legacy modernization’, as well as digital assurance solutions for newer technologies like AI, Big Data, RPA, Mobility, IoT, Cloud, Virtualization. Manisha is also Head of Infosys campus in Pocharam, Hyderabad. It is one of the largest IT campuses in world, set up in ~450 acres where ~28,000 associates work. As a woman leader, Manisha is committed to helping other women build careers – be it inspiring young girl students to pursue a career, enabling young women returning to work, or guiding mid-level women managers with their career aspirations. She was speaker in prestigious IIIT Hyderabad Foundation month Distinguished Lectures series. Telangana Government has honored Manisha with “Women Achiever Award” for leadership in corporate world.

Pamela Tikku is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from NIT, Jaipur. She has been working in the Automotive Sector since 1992. She started her career with Rico Auto Industries and later joined Honda Siel Cars India Limited and looked after vendor development and component development activities. She joined Society of Automobile Manufactures (SIAM) in 1999 and looked after various technical and policy issues related to the automotive sector in India. In 2006 she joined NATRiP and was involved in the planning and procurement of facilities for testing and R&D for NATRiP centers. In 2010 she took charge of the Powertrain Department of ICAT, One of the leading homologation centers in the country in addition to the equipment planning and procurement activities under NATRIP. In 2016 her role was enhanced to Chief Business Officer looking after business development and planning for ICAT. She is active member of regulation formulation process for India for automotive industry and also has been representing India at WP.29. She has participated in various national and international seminars representing India and presenting the Indian perspectives. She is an active Board member of SAE India and SAEINDIA NIS section and has held various positions in the executive committees. She was also awarded by SAE Foundation in 2017.
